WHO WE ARE
Financial Sector Deepening Somalia (FSD Somalia) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and access to finance in Somalia. Our mission is to develop the financial and related sectors by ensuring affordable client-responsive financial products and services in an enabling environment through an improved legal regulatory and institutional framework, better knowledge, and products available throughout the market.

OUR OBJECTIVES
1. To engage in the business of deepening the financial sector.
2. To promote financial inclusion and financial literacy, particularly among the poor, women, youth, and people with special needs.
3. To engage in research and development activities relating to the financial and related sectors.
4. To enable innovation and knowledge sharing related to financial inclusion.
5. To enhance collaborative behavior and financing across the market.
6. To facilitate an enabling environment through appropriate legal, regulatory & policy frameworks.
7. To provide technical assistance and advisory services to the financial sector in Somalia.
8. To engage with other financial sector deepening organizations in Africa and internationally for mutual collaboration and resources.
9. To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
